What does a vehicle conversion company do?
We take a standard chassis and rebuild it for one job. AutoZone Assembling LLC converts vehicles into ambulances, armored units, mobile clinics, police transport, and special-purpose fleets from our facilities in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman. Each unit is engineered around the mission rather than picked from a catalogue.
Which countries do you supply?
We export worldwide. Recent fleet projects cover Ivory Coast, Iraq, Malawi, Senegal, Kenya, Somalia, and Angola, delivered to health ministries, interior ministries, police forces, and defense organizations. We have supplied through UNOPS, WHO, UNFPA, and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.
How many vehicles can you build in one order?
Orders on this page range from 35 to over 300 units. As an ambulance manufacturer in Dubai handling government tenders, we build to a fixed specification across the whole fleet, so every vehicle comes out identical and any workshop can service any unit the same way.
Can vehicles be built to our spec?
Yes. Every project here was built to client specification. Layout, medical or tactical equipment, protection level, livery, and communications fittings are agreed with you before production starts.
Do you handle export and shipping from the UAE?
Yes. We handle export documentation and shipping. Every unit is inspected against the agreed specification before it leaves our facility, so fleets arrive ready to deploy.
What support is available after a fleet is delivered?
It varies by project. In Iraq we run after-sales garages in-country. Elsewhere we set up parts supply so client workshops can service the fleet locally. We build with standard components and accessible fittings, so vehicles stay maintainable for years.
