The Mobile Environmental Lab from Auto Zone UAE brings full testing power to any site. We build it on a strong 4×4 chassis for rough ground and remote work. As a leading vehicle conversion company in Dubai/UAE, we design each unit around your testing scope. Field teams collect samples and test them on the spot. Nothing has to travel back to a fixed lab and wait in a queue.
The sand and soil side of the lab is fully equipped. A sieve shaker handles grading tests with a complete set of test sieves. The sand equivalent apparatus checks fine material content in aggregates. A sand cone density apparatus measures in-place density right at the site. The moisture content drying oven prepares samples for accurate weight readings. Hydrometer analysis covers fine particle sizing for silt and clay.
Water testing runs from the same cabin without any layout conflict. A hot plate and sample preparation tray keep the sample workflow clean. Portable meters read pH, turbidity, salinity, dissolved oxygen, and conductivity. A stainless steel sink with running water sits at the end of the worktop. Chemical-resistant surfaces and sealed flooring make cleaning quick after each shift.
Build quality is where our units stand apart in the field. The cabin uses gloss laminate lab cabinets with locked storage for reagents and tools. LED lighting, roof-mounted air conditioning, and shock-proof equipment mounts protect staff and instruments. Power comes from shore supply, an inverter bank, or an onboard generator. A side awning opens out for outdoor sampling and site briefings. Every vehicle is produced under our ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 systems.
