TYPE III AMBULANCES
A Type III ambulance pairs a cutaway van chassis with a custom-built box body. The van cab stays in place, and the medical module mounts directly behind it. Crew can often move from the cab into the patient area through a walk-through opening. AutoZone UAE designs and builds these modules at our facilities in Sharjah and Ajman. The box body gives far more space than a standard van. That extra room makes every Type III ambulance we build an Advanced Life Support unit. Type III ambulances are among the most complex vehicles we build. The box structure, chassis mounting and ALS systems all need precise engineering. Every project starts with a detailed specification meeting with the client. We agree on the interior layout and equipment list before production begins. Our trained QC team inspects each build at every stage. They check the box frame, mounting points, wiring and medical gas lines against the approved drawings. Any deviation gets corrected on the production line, not after delivery. Critical care equipment comes from our own ambulance equipment range.
