The Police K9 Unit vehicle carries working dogs and their handlers in safe, controlled conditions. Autozone Assembling LLC, a police vehicle manufacturer in the UAE, builds this unit on a GMC Savana van. The rear compartment holds four stainless steel kennel compartments with individual locking systems. Each kennel stays fully separated from the next, with a viewing window in the divider. The kennels lift out when not needed, so the space stays flexible. Aluminum chequer plate flooring and drainage holes let crews wash the compartment down quickly. Heat and sound insulation keep the dogs calm through long shifts and rough ground.

The handler area seats three with belts, facing forward toward the driver. Storage drawers hold dog food and medication within easy reach. One drawer connects to the cooling system and keeps drinking water chilled. An animal first aid kit sits in a lit locker beside the bench. A sliding window in the partition lets handlers watch the dogs while moving.

A roof-mounted AC unit runs on the vehicle compressor and feeds six outlets through the rear cabin. Intake and extraction fans move air across the kennels in Gulf summer heat. Full CCTV with recording covers the kennels, cab, and the ground around the vehicle. A GPS tracking system and PA system with warning lights complete the package.
