Floor:

18mm water proof marine plywood coated with heavy duty vinyl floor, antistatic, anti-slippery and easy to clean,

Partition:

Bulk head 18mm PVC intecel sheet partition between driver and Dental compartment, back side cladded with 2mm lead shield and inside dental room coated with wall paper.

Clinical room partitions for two dental rooms with sliding door interior coated with wall paper, driver side dental partition cladded with Lead shield.

Interior Cabinets:

Made of PVC intecel plywood which is water proof and heat resistance. Convenient storage cabinets for both dental room and reception area and end of the bus.

Windows (If applicable):

All windows are tinted with frosted film

Air condition and ventilation:

• 220/12V exhaust ventilation fan with integrated light installed at the rear side roof
• Additional 2 Dometic AC units 220V roof top mounted and ducted to all over the clinical area with air outlets.

Electrical equipment:

• Control panel box with MCB, ELCB, fuses and relays located in the luggage compartment
• Heavy duty internal wirings with necessary hoses with marking sings
• Interior switch controls at the necessary place for all equipment and light controls
• 220V UAE standard power socket in both dental rooms and reception areas
• Shoreline 220V 32 Amps with 20 m cable extension for outside power source

Interior lighting:

• LED ceiling lights 220V and 24V at the necessary places

Exterior Lighting:

• LED Light bar siren 100W mounted at the front roof top
• Siren control unit with microphone installed on the driver compartment
• Halogen lights at main entrance side

Generator:

• 10 KVA Diesel generator installed in the lower luggage compartment. Generator compartment covered with PU foam to prevent from more noise. Generator power can operate all interior lights, equipment and AC units in clinical compartment

Water tank supply system:

• Located underneath the bus luggage compartment

Central Compressor:

• To operate dental chair unit with professional connection located in the luggage compartment

Wheel Chair Lift:

• Fixed at the bus entrance for the wheel chair access

The clinical compartment divided into three areas

• 2. Reception
• 3. Dental Room 2

Dental Room 1

• Located near to the driver compartment covered with PVC wall panels, all four interior wall back sides shall be cladded with 2mm lead shielding and all interior sides fixed with wall papers. Partition with sliding door entrance from reception area.
• Integrated roof design with clear white LED strap lights and yellow spot light provided, can be operated by 220V switch
• Sink with water supply demand pressure integrated in the cabinet
• Dental chair unit mounted on the floor with additional reinforcement
• Medical cabinet with epoxy laboratory bench top finish white with drawer and lower doors provided

Reception

• Located between dental room 1 & 2, covered with PVC intecel panels on the side walls with wall paper fixed all sides interior
• Reception table with flip up seat attached to the wall
• Pantry set with fridge and water dispenser (hot & cold)
• Three flip up seat for patient waiting with safety seat belts
• Integrated roof design with clear white LED strap lights and yellow spot light, necessary

Dental Room 2

• Located rear side of the bus with sliding door from reception area
• PVC intecel panels covered with wall paper for interiors
• Integrated roof design with clear white LED strap lights and yellow spot light provided, can be operated by 220V switch
• Extension for water and Air compressor provided from the floor
• Sink with water supply demand pressure integrated in the cabinet
