The mobile fiber optic laboratory turns a Toyota Hilux into a splicing workshop that drives to the fault. Autozone Assembling LLC builds the service capsule at our facilities in Sharjah and Ajman. As a vehicle conversion company in Dubai/UAE, we design the body and fit the interior in-house. Network restoration work happens at the break, not at a depot.
Splicing needs a clean, still environment. Dust on a fiber end face ruins a joint. The capsule seals against the outside, with gloss white panels and anti-slip vinyl flooring that wipe down after every job. Rooftop air conditioning holds the temperature while technicians work. The raised roof lets a technician stand up straight instead of crouching.
Two technicians work side by side at a full-length steel bench. LED strips light the bench directly, so nobody splices in their own shadow. A power bar on the backsplash runs the splicer, the OTDR, and the fusion oven. A sliding window with an insect screen brings in daylight without the dust. Four-tier lockable shelving holds pigtails, closures, and consumables.
Power runs from a generator in its own sealed compartment with an exterior door. It slides out on a tray for refueling and service. Separate circuits feed the bench and the air conditioning. A shore power inlet takes over when mains power is available at the site.
The rear doors split wide and narrow, so one side opens for a quick tool grab. A separate cable access door feeds cable through without opening the main doors. Outside, an amber beacon and a high-output rear work lamp cover night and roadside work. A locking ladder rack carries poles and ladders on the side.
