We have delivered a bulk order of 40 UN security force vehicles to a United Nations agency working in East Africa. Every unit started life as a Toyota Land Cruiser 79 single-cab pickup. Our team ran the build from procurement through to final inspection at our Dubai facility.
Field teams in the region work far from paved roads and workshops. The agency needed vehicles that could carry a security detail across rough ground. Crew protection mattered as much as payload.
Each cab carries steel mesh grilles across the windscreen and side windows. The grilles hinge open for cleaning and glass replacement. A heavy-duty bull bar shields the front end, with a recovery winch mounted behind it. Blue and red warning lights sit in the bumper and bull bar. Roof-mounted search lamps give crews working light after dark.
The rear bed converts into a covered troop compartment. Folding bench seats run along both sides and face inward. Each frame folds flat when teams need the bed for cargo. A canvas canopy stretches over a steel bow frame. Clear vision panels let occupants watch their surroundings without unfastening the sides. We fitted a power socket in the bed for radios and charging equipment.
All 40 units left our line built to one specification. Identical builds keep spare parts interchangeable, which matters when workshops sit hundreds of kilometers apart. We logged every chassis number against its build sheet before shipping.
As a vehicle conversion company in Dubai, we have supplied WHO, UNFPA, UNOPS, and UNDP. Aid agencies return to us as a vehicle supplier. We control the build from bare chassis to export paperwork. Orders at this volume need production planning rather than one-off fabrication.
